Os empregados da Caixa Econômica Federal rejeitaram a proposta final apresentada pelo banco e decidiram manter a greve nacional, iniciada na quinta-feira (10). A paralisação segue por tempo indeterminado, enquanto as entidades sindicais buscam retomar as negociações. Na base do Sindicato dos Bancários de São Paulo, Osasco e Região, 68% dos trabalhadores votaram contra a proposta em assembleia encerrada às 23h desta sexta-feira (11).  O principal ponto de divergência é o Saúde Caixa, plano de assistência médica dos funcionários. A proposta apresentada pela instituição previa mudanças no modelo de custeio e nas regras de coparticipação. O banco deve avaliar o ingresso de um dissídio coletivo, instrumento utilizado para que a Justiça do Trabalho estabeleça condições para solucionar o impasse entre empregados e instituição. Apesar da rejeição, a Caixa afirmou que mantém o diálogo aberto com as entidades representativas dos trabalhadores e que pretende buscar um entendimento. Origem A paralisação começou na quinta-feira (10), depois que os trabalhadores rejeitaram uma proposta anterior para a renovação do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho (ACT). Segundo a Confederação Nacional dos Trabalhadores do Ramo Financeiro (Contraf-CUT), mais de 90% das bases sindicais haviam rejeitado o texto anterior apresentado pela Caixa. Em São Paulo, Paraná e outras regiões, agências amanheceram fechadas no início da greve. Os caixas eletrônicos continuaram disponíveis. Proposta rejeitada Entre os principais pontos oferecidos pela Caixa estavam: prêmio de R$ 3 mil por empregado; pagamento, em 18 de setembro, do salário reajustado, da Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR), do Super Caixa e do prêmio; aumento de 6,5% para 8% do limite de participação da Caixa no custeio do Saúde Caixa; antecipação da parcela da Caixa referente à 13ª mensalidade de 2028, 2029 e 2030; pagamento de valores relativos ao PAMS a partir de 2027; R$ 236 milhões em ações de prevenção à saúde a partir de janeiro de 2027; criação de grupos de trabalho para discutir melhorias na eficiência do plano e novas fontes de financiamento. A proposta tinha validade até ontem (11). Saúde Caixa As mudanças no plano de saúde concentraram a maior parte das divergências. Entre as regras propostas estavam: contribuição dos empregados de 2,3% a 4,1% sobre o salário-base, conforme a faixa etária; cobrança de R$ 480 a R$ 660 por dependente, de acordo com a idade; aumento do teto anual de coparticipação de R$ 3,6 mil para R$ 4,8 mil por grupo familiar; limite de 9% para o grupo familiar; criação de um piso de R$ 50 por beneficiário; cobrança de 13 mensalidades; aumento de R$ 75 para R$ 150 no valor da consulta em pronto-socorro, fora do teto; isenção de coparticipação em atendimentos por telemedicina; recadastramento anual obrigatório. A proposta também previa uma janela de 90 dias para adesão de titulares que atualmente estão fora do plano. Após o cancelamento, porém, não seria possível retornar ao Saúde Caixa. Atendimento aos clientes A Caixa orienta os clientes a priorizar os canais digitais e remotos durante a paralisação. Entre as opções estão: aplicativo Caixa; internet Banking; WhatsApp Caixa; Caixa Tem; aplicativos Cartões Caixa, Habitação Caixa, DPVAT e FGTS; caixas eletrônicos; rede Banco24Horas; lotéricas e correspondentes Caixa Aqui. O atendimento telefônico também permanece disponível pelo Alô Caixa, nos números 4004-0104, para capitais e regiões metropolitanas, e 0800-104-0104, para as demais localidades. Banco do Brasil A situação é diferente no Banco do Brasil. Na maior parte dos sindicatos, a categoria aprovou uma proposta apresentada pela instituição e trabalhou normalmente na sexta-feira (11). A paralisação, no entanto, permanece em 18 bases sindicais, onde os trabalhadores não encerraram o movimento.
