The ED’s probe is based on multiple FIRs alleging conspiracy in the preparation of forged educational certificates, fabricated experience certificates, fake financial statements, and fraudulent proof of funds for securing U.S. student and visitor visas
The accused allegedly created fake genealogy records, death certificates, grant certificates and other revenue documents to falsely establish ownership over six acres of the trust’s land.
The government says it was set up with a forged letter of appointment but others say there is more to it.
The government would also initiate criminal action and recover the salaries paid to them during their service period
