A complaint addressed to the DGP alleges that John Arockiasamy and Vishnu Reddy, both described as ‘close associates’ of Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay and residents of Andhra Pradesh, have been taking part in Cabinet and official review meetings and other confidential government deliberations
According to the complaint, John Arockiasamy and Vishnu Reddy, described as “close associates of the Chief Minister and residents of Andhra Pradesh”, had regularly attended Cabinet meetings, official review meetings and other high-level government deliberations held at the Secretariat.
