Oarsmen aboard 10 palliyodams arrived at the temple ghats to a rousing welcome on the opening day
The Vallasadya of the Aranmula Sree Parthasarathy temple in Pathanamthitta, a ritual feast attached to the Onam festivities, is set to begin on July 19. The event includes participation from 51 palliyodams. The annual Aranmula Uthrattathi Boat Race is scheduled for August 30.
