SDPI accused the government of betraying minority interests by supporting a PIL that led the High Court to impose operational restrictions on the State Waqf Board.
The order was passed on a plea filed by Saeed Ahmad Abdul Wahid Chaudhary, who belongs to the Social Democratic Party of India, challenging the action against him by the Mumbai police.
