Segundo o Ministério Público (MP) catarinense, o Conselho Tutelar interferiu e acolheu o jovem em agosto de 2025. Em seguida, o MP obteve liminar que determinou a retirada dos conteúdos discriminatórios postados pelo pai da vítima e estabeleceu uma multa diária de R$ 2 mil, caso voltasse a veiculá-los.
