O pedido de prisão preventiva foi expedido pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Ceará (TJCE), que mantém o caso em sigilo e não informou a motivação. Já a Secretaria de Segurança Pública e Defesa Social (SSPDS) confirmou a prisão e informou que deve divulgar uma nota sobre o caso ainda nesta terça-feira.
