As instituições de educação superior interessadas em ofertar vagas remanescentes do Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (Fies) no segundo semestre podem formalizar a adesão ao processo seletivo até esta quarta (7). O novo edital que estabelece o cronograma e as regras para o processo do Fies 2026/2 foi publicado na quarta-feira (30) pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC). O Fies cobre as mensalidades do curso e permite que o estudante pague, com condições facilitadas, o valor financiado após a conclusão da graduação. Termo de adesão O termo de adesão deverá ser assinado eletronicamente pelo representante legal da mantenedora. Todos os procedimentos necessários, desde a assinatura até a emissão do termo de participação, deverão ser realizados exclusivamente por meio do Sistema Informatizado do Fies, o Sisfies. O acesso exige o login único do portal Gov.br. Entre as informações que devem ser prestadas pelas mantenedoras de instituições neste documento estão a quantidade de vagas para cada curso e seus respectivos turnos, além dos valores das semestralidades escolares de cada um dos períodos/semestres que compõem o curso. As mantenedoras participantes deverão oferecer, no mínimo, seis vagas por curso, turno e local. As informações devem estar descritas no termo de participação formalizado pela faculdade. Além do termo de adesão ao Fies, as mantenedoras devem ter o termo de adesão válido ao Fundo Garantidor do Fies (FG-Fies), destinado à concessão de financiamento aos estudantes. De 8 a 14 de outubro (no horário de Brasília), as mantenedoras das instituições de educação superior poderão fazer a retificação dos termos de participação no Fies. A partir das informações prestadas pelas mantenedoras, a seleção de vagas será realizada pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC). Por fim, entre 4 e 6 de novembro, as faculdades deverão fazer o registro de aproveitamento acadêmico dos universitários inscritos. Inscrições de estudantes Para os estudantes, as inscrições são gratuitas e ocorrerão entre os dias 26 de outubro e 3 de novembro, exclusivamente pelo Portal Único de Acesso ao Ensino Superior, na parte do Fies. O acesso ao sistema é feito com o login da conta Gov.br. Vale destacar que a oferta de vagas remanescentes do Fies será destinada exclusivamente aos candidatos em condições de atingir a frequência mínima exigida. Os demais critérios para inscrição são: · ter participado do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) a partir de 2010, com média igual ou superior a 450 pontos nas cinco provas e nota acima de zero na redação; · ter renda familiar mensal bruta por pessoas de até três salários mínimos. O candidato deve preencher os dados solicitados e escolher até três opções de curso superior, instituição e turno, conforme a oferta disponível. As vagas remanescentes destinam-se exclusivamente à contratação do financiamento no segundo semestre letivo deste ano, sem possibilidade de extensão do prazo. A divulgação do resultado da chamada única dos pré-selecionados está prevista para 16 de novembro.
