O Conselho Superior do Ministério Público Federal (CSMPF) vai ser reunir nesta sexta-feira (25) para decidir se o procurador-geral da República, Paulo Gonet, será investigado pelas citações ao nome dele nas conversas encontradas pela Polícia Federal (PF) no celular do ex-banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro. Após a abertura dos trabalhos, Dino passará a palavra ao subprocurador Francisco Sanseverino, relator do caso. Em seguida, será aberta a votação, e mais oito conselheiros poderão votar.  Se houver maioria pela abertura da investigação, um subprocurador será designado para relatar a investigação contra Gonet por crime comum. O caso também poderá ser arquivado se a maioria dos membros rejeitar a abertura da apuração. Conversas Gonet foi citado em conversas encontradas pela PF no celular de Vorcaro, que está preso e teve seu aparelho apreendido. As mensagens vieram à tona após o ministro André Mendonça, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), retirar o sigilo da parte da investigação que também cita mensagens do ex-banqueiro a um celular atribuído ao ministro Alexandre de Moraes. De acordo com a PF, Vorcaro intensificou o envio de mensagens para o número atribuído a Moraes nos dias anteriores à prisão, que ocorreu em 17 de novembro do ano passado. No dia 15 de novembro de 2025, Vorcaro demonstrou preocupação com o avanço das investigações da PF, que ainda estavam em tramitação na primeira instância da Justiça Federal em Brasília, e citou os nomes do procurador-geral da República, Paulo Gonet, e do diretor-geral da corporação, Andrei Rodrigues. Na mensagem, o ex-banqueiro escreveu: "Não conseguimos reverter isso com Paulo ou Andrei? Muita sacanagem isso. Isso em Brasília?", afirmou. Apesar da citação, não há indícios de que Gonet e Andrei tenham interferido nas investigações. Foto Na semana passada,  o jornal O Globo publicou foto na qual Gonet aparece fumando charuto com Vorcaro e outras pessoas ligadas ao ex-banqueiro, durante evento jurídico promovido pelo Master em abril de 2024, em Londres.  Anulação  Após o surgimento das conversas, Gonet pediu ao STF a anulação do relatório da PF que encontrou as citações. Gonet disse que André Mendonça investigou Moraes ilegalmente, ao determinar o aprofundamento da investigação sobre o caso Master para esmiuçar as conversas envolvendo o ministro e o ex-banqueiro. No entendimento do procurador, o aprofundamento da apuração só poderia ocorrer após autorização do plenário da Corte.  A anulação estava prevista para ser analisada na última quarta-feira (23), mas a sessão foi desmarcada. Defesa Após o surgimento das conversas, Gonet negou proximidade com Vorcaro e disse que sua interação com ele ocorreu de forma "brevíssima e banal".

O ministro André Mendonça, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), acusou o também ministro do STF Alexandre de Moraes de cometer ilegalidades ao requisitar relatórios de inteligência da Polícia Federal (PF) com o objetivo de atingi-lo e acusá-lo de abuso de autoridade e crime de responsabilidade.  Mendonça acusou Moraes de praticar ele próprio abuso de autoridade e direcionamento de investigação, ao ter solicitado à Polícia Federal, de ofício, ou seja, sem provocação, uma série de relatórios de inteligência contra o relator do caso Master.  Notícias relacionadas:Moraes defende que seu julgamento seja em conjunto com o de Mendonça."Inconstitucional e ilegal", diz Moraes sobre investigação de Mendonça.“Os vícios que o prolator imputou a este signatário são, na realidade e em verdade, aqueles verificados em seu próprio ato —e não naquele que ele visa atacar”, acusou Mendonça.  O ministro enviou a manifestação ao presidente do STF, ministro Edson Fachin, nesta terça-feira (22), último dia do prazo para que apresentasse sua defesa no processo em que Moraes pediu uma investigação contra Mendonça.  O processo foi aberto por Fachin após Moraes ter tornado público um relatório de inteligência da PF com conjecturas a respeito da condução das investigações da Operação Compliance Zero, que apura a corrupção de agentes públicos e fraudes financeiras bilionárias que teriam sido praticadas pelo ex-banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, dono do antigo Banco Master.  O documento sugere que Mendonça, na condição de relator, tenha direcionado as investigações para atingir desafetos políticos. Segundo ele, o relatório não é datado nem assinado, tampouco traz estampado o timbre da PF. Outros cinco relatórios do tipo foram encaminhados pela corporação a Moraes.  “São ‘relatórios’ sem qualquer identificação de autoria, com múltiplas advertências quanto à sua ausência de validade probatória, com avaliações críticas sobre a maneira como as equipes de investigação da Polícia Federal conduzem os inquéritos e um Ministro da Corte promove a supervisão judicial dos procedimentos nos quais é relator”, escreveu Mendonça em sua defesa.  O ministro apontou que Moraes não demonstrou como soube da existência de tais relatórios, tendo inserido seu nome no Inquérito das Fake News sem suspeita prévia. Mendonça afirmou que o colega usurpou a competência do plenário para investigar ministros do Supremo.  “Em verdade, o que se verifica é a realização de atividade ilícita da Polícia Federal e a presença de evidente denunciação caluniosa e abuso de autoridade na tentativa de intimidar e obstruir a justiça”, escreveu Mendonça.  Entenda A crise entre os dois ministros teve início em 1º de setembro, quando Mendonça retirou o sigilo sobre um relatório da Operação Compliance Zero segundo o qual Vorcaro teria enviado 52 mensagens a Moraes entre 2023 e 17 de novembro de 2025, data em que o ex-banqueiro foi preso.  Nas mensagens, Vorcaro aparenta ter proximidade com Moraes, a quem diz ter enviado para apreciação, por exemplo, um contrato de R$ 131 milhões entre o Master e o escritório da advogada Viviane Barci de Moraes, esposa do ministro.  Em outro trecho, Vorcaro parece buscar junto a Moraes informações sobre uma operação iminente para prendê-lo. As mensagens foram extraídas do celular apreendido do ex-banqueiro. Os investigadores informaram que as respostas do interlocutor não puderam ser recuperadas.  Em sua defesa, Moraes afirmou que a investigação da PF relatada por Mendonça foi “inconstitucional e ilegal” e encaminhou os relatórios de inteligência da PF ao presidente da Corte, ministro Edson Fachin.
