Comunicação Pública Na carta aos candidatos ao cargo de presidente da República, a entidade defende o fortalecimento da Empresa Brasil de Comunicação como instrumento de garantir “conteúdos comprometidos com a cidadania e a democracia”. “A Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC) deve, portanto, ser um pilar fundamental para o sistema público de comunicação de nosso país, por meio do fortalecimento de sua autonomia editorial e da garantia de financiamento público adequado e permanente”. Lei Multimídia Aos candidatos a cargos no Congresso Nacional, a Fenaj pede a revogação da Lei do Multimídia. A lei, sancionada em janeiro de 2026, cria a figura de um profissional apto a exercer diversas funções, como criar, produzir e editar conteúdos, entre outras atribuições. “É um risco concreto para o futuro de nossa profissão, ao sobrepor uma série de funções historicamente regulamentadas para nossa categoria”, diz a entidade.
