O governo federal publicou nesta segunda-feira (21) medida provisória que abre crédito extraordinário de R$ 64,3 milhões ao Ministério do Desenvolvimento e Assistência Social, Família e Combate à Fome (MDS) e ao dos Povos Indígenas. Do total autorizado, R$ 40,26 milhões serão destinados à aquisição e distribuição de alimentos da agricultura familiar para promover a segurança alimentar e nutricional. A medida prevê o atendimento de cerca de 4 mil famílias agricultoras, por meio da ampliação das ações do programa de combate à fome.
