Women from Maravanthuruth have launched Kerala’s first all-woman kayaking club, Harithatheeram, under the Responsible Tourism Mission. Led by 63-year-old N.G. Indira, the club aims to boost local tourism by offering kayaking experiences along the Arivalthodu canal, part of the Water Street project.
