O Ministério da Fazenda publicou nessa sexta-feira (25), em edição extra do Diário Oficial da União, uma portaria que assegura a manutenção da subvenção de R$ 2,12 por litro ao óleo diesel. A Portaria nº 2.946 evita a redução do benefício, prevista para este sábado (26) após o término da vigência da Medida Provisória nº 1.363/2026. Notícias relacionadas:Subsídio de R$ 2,12 ao diesel deve ser mantido por 30 dias.Petrobras aumenta diesel, mas subsídio mantém valor final; entenda.De acordo com o ministério, a continuidade da subvenção se deve à persistência da volatilidade dos preços internacionais do petróleo e dos combustíveis. “Como a MP 1.363/2026 encerra sua vigência em 26 de setembro, o Ministério da Fazenda ajustou a portaria para que, a partir de 27 de setembro, o valor de R$ 2,12 por litro passe a ser estabelecido integralmente”, justificou a pasta. Histórico O ministério lembra que a subvenção ao diesel foi criada inicialmente tendo como valor R$ 1,12 por litro. “Posteriormente, diante do agravamento do cenário externo, a MP 1.391 autorizou o Ministério da Fazenda a definir, por ato próprio, o valor da subvenção ao diesel”, acrescentou. Com base nessa autorização, o ministério fixou uma subvenção adicional de R$ 1 por litro, elevando o valor total para R$ 2,12. Em nota, a Fazenda informou que a nova portaria não aumenta a subvenção, e que o objetivo é assegurar a manutenção do valor atualmente praticado diante da persistência da volatilidade dos preços internacionais do petróleo e dos combustíveis.

O governo federal acumula arrecadação de R$ 2,019 trilhões, de janeiro a agosto de 2026, segundo dados divulgados nesta terça-feira (22) pela Receita Federal. Além da inflação medida pelo IPCA, para o período, o valor representa crescimento de 7,12% na comparação com os mesmos oito meses de 2025. Em agosto, a arrecadação federal alcançou R$ 235,5 bilhões. O valor representa alta acima de inflação de 8,25% em relação a agosto do último ano. Desse total, R$227,8 bilhões arrecadados são administrados pela Receita Federal, excluídos os fatores não recorrentes e de alterações na legislação. Também o avanço nas arrecadações do Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte (IRRF) e Imposto de Renda Pessoa Jurídica (IRPJ), além do desempenho da arrecadação do Contribuição Social sobre o Lucro Líquido (CSLL), foi determinante nos resultados apresentados. Neste mês, o Imposto de Exportação sobre óleo bruto também teve destaque entre os fatores que alavancaram os resultados, com arrecadação de R$1,9 bilhão em agosto, o que resultou no acumulado de R$9,9 bilhões de janeiro a agosto de 2026.
